CEQA / NEPA / Environmental Studies
The California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) require the study of potential environmental impacts of various projects. Wieland Acoustics provides noise and vibration studies for Environmental Impact Statements (EIS) and Environmental Impacts Reports (EIR). Past studies range in scale from the analysis of noise from a single parking structure to the assessment of potential noise and vibration impacts from entire master-planned communities. Other studies have included the assessment of master plans, specific plans, street-widening projects, schools and colleges, retail centers, hospital developments, reservoirs and landfills.
