The Guthrie Lambert Business Center is a master planned business park development of 28 new industrial buildings totaling 132,642 square feet on 7.92 acres centrally located in Brea, California. These state of the art buildings range from 3,302 square feet to 6,935 square feet.
Wieland Acoustics provided analysis of future traffic noise levels at the proposed buildings and of the noise reduction provided by the building shell. Recommendations were provided for compliance with the City of Brea’s interior noise standards.
